Nearby attractions abound with Amish country only thirty minutes to our northeast and Historic Roscoe Village canal town, Lake Park aquatic center and Clary Gardens thirty minutes southeast. Checkout the numerous local wineries scattered across the valleys. For the more energetic explore the miles of beautiful bike trails.

Ohio Amish Country
We are only minutes away from the heard of Ohio Amish country. Amish country features beautiful landscapes, horse drawn buggies and farm equipment, amish restaurants, amish furniture shops, live entertainment and much much more. It is convenient to say with us for a few days, a long weekend, or a week of vacation. Each day you can choose to sit by our built in swimming pool, walk on our extensive hiking trails, go horseback riding or take a day trip into amish country. Roscoe Villiage
Roscoe Village transports you back to a time when the Ohio & Erie Canal was bustling with canal boats. Visit the restored 1800s canal town and follow in the footsteps of living history, stroll through the gardens, tour the museums and exhibits and experience a horse-drawn canal boat ride on a section of the Ohio & Erie Canal.

There are many events and activities at Roscoe Village, including my favorite, a ride on a historic canal boat, which is horse drawn, just like in the old days.

Clary Gardens
Clary Gardens is a botanical garden that is free and open to the public. We are dedicated in keeping the gardens beautiful for all that come to visit. Lake Park Aquatic Center
Just 20 minutest away from Whitetail Trails Lodge, you will find the Lake Park Aquatic Center. This is fun summer day activity with waterslides and wanter play land for the youngsters.
